Islands of Adventure is a fast-paced, laugh-out-loud, three-act play that mashes together three timeless tales: Peter Pan, Treasure Island, and Shakespeare’s The Tempest—all with a healthy dose of mischief, mayhem, and magical misbehavior.
Perfect for schools, community theatre, or anyone trying to wrangle a large cast, this play features flexible casting for 23 to 73 actors (yes, 73!) and offers plenty of stage time for ensemble chaos, scene-stealing pirates, and dramatic exits.
Each act runs about 25–30 minutes, making the full show clock in at a lively 80–90 minutes. It’s an ideal way to introduce your cast and audience to classic literature—without the dusty monologues or tragic endings.
